UnfollowPeek Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective Date: July 31, 2025

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you ("User") and AurumSpire LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for use of the UnfollowPeek iOS application ("UnfollowPeek" or "the App").

1. Acknowledgement

This agreement is between you and AurumSpire LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App. Your use of the App must comply with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License

You receive a non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple's Media Services Terms.

3. Maintenance and Support

We alone provide maintenance or support. Apple has no obligation to do so.

4. Warranty

We are responsible for warranties, if any. You may contact Apple for a refund if the App fails to meet legal warranties. Apple assumes no other warranty responsibility.

5. Product Claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims including:

• Product liability
• Regulatory non-compliance
• Consumer protection

6. Intellectual Property

We are responsible for resolving any third-party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights.

7. Legal Compliance

You certify that you are not located in an embargoed country or on a prohibited party list under U.S. law.

8. Third-Party Terms

You must comply with all applicable third-party agreements, such as your wireless data provider's terms.

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries. Upon acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

General Terms

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AurumSpire applications, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of AurumSpire applications for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in AurumSpire applications;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Disclaimer

The materials in AurumSpire applications are provided on an 'as is' basis. AurumSpire LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall AurumSpire LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use AurumSpire applications, even if AurumSpire LLC or a AurumSpire LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
